Finally my wait for a home is over now! Thanks to Ultima Smart Homes. From an overall prospect the Apartment is based in a very good location. Extremely good construction quality and amenities! I would like to Thank Kalpana, Manikanta (Sales, Marketting), Sangeetha (Finance) and Murali Sir (from QA Team) for all the help in making it easier. I expect same support from the Ultima Team until whole construction gets over and all necessary plans along with OC handover are taken care!

The best budget project in North Bangalore. Finally (as promised without any delays )we got flat handover from Saikalyan. It was great experience in over allprocess.Imran is the person who is made this process very smooth ..Thanks Imran.. Also I would like to thank Kalyan as a owner he is very simple and available everytime to talk to customers and he is open to challenge quality wise no compromise. This one the great project in north Bangalore. I liked the location of the project. The construction quality is very good. i liked the professional approach of the builder and employees. Sai Kalyan is construction company who are building project ULTIMA with 5 blocks. I have purchased an apartment and already registration is over.

I would like to thank Kalyan for helping me with documents and assisting on the bank loan and also with queries all time response.

The Team has kept the promise so far and been trustful on the needs of the customer.

This is the best project i have come across in the recent times. I love the location of the project and the quality of the construction is good with the amenities. Totally this will ba a perfect choice for the common man with the reasonable price tag.

Got our Flat Registered, Its been a pleasant journey for us from day 1 till registration .. I would like thank Mr.Kalyan&Mr.Sunil for smooth process, & not but not the least Mr.Imran for being with us in doing all the paper works post sales & completing the project as promised.. I liked this project after a long search.. I liked the plan, exterior, pricing and amenities. I sensed Kalyan MD is very passionate, dedicated and committed.. Always we will have doubt and dilemma with new builder, but his clarity, confidence and helped me to proceed with this project..

After a long wait and research I finalised the deal with Sai kalyanUltima. I would consider the area as a prime location within city proximity near to mall, hospital, ORR and Tech park. Project in every way is modern smart looking thought and a true value home. Using the Mivon construction technology, architectural aesthetic is pleasing and yes special mention for the open space provided with amenities. Mr.Kalyandid a regular follow up with me and was really good at convincing me for this project, he clearly and openly providing me the pros and cons of each flat being very informative and possess good knowledge about this product. Thanks to Mr.Kalyanfor helping me make this decision. Happy to be with Ultima. So far so good hope the professionalism is maintained the same way!! Eagerly waiting to see the final outcome....

Sai Kalyan Builders - This name was new for me when I first called Mr. Umashankar V - Sr. Sales Manager who explained about their company and requested me to visit site office to look at the quality of work. It was exceptionally awesome design and showed me the Block B which is in final stage. I was then referred to meet their Director Mr. Kalyan who is a young and positive man. He assured us about the commitment and quality. I have booked a flat in C block completion date committed by the builder is Dec '18. I Hope they do not delay, like other builders.

Sai Kalyan Ultima is Just behind Manyata Tech Park which I feel is the quickest developing area. The layout which is designed for development is truly magnificent and looks like it will be a landmark in a year or two. The amenities are tempting. The future development near this projects are Metro train stations, Malls, 5 Star Hotels, reputed Hospitals etc..

Good project in a good location. After reviewing so many different projects at different locations atlast I finalized this Sai Kalyan Ultima project. Mr. Umashankar from the sales team was very helpful and he provided all the necessary informations to me. Now hope the project will be completed on time and will be handed over to me.
